ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be for a child, 4-18 years of age, who is currently enrolled in SNAP, ACA Insurance Program, WIC, or Foster Care system.
  • Must be registering for participation in a recreation-level sport hosted by a youth sports organization or school.
  • Must be registering for an upcoming sport season

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

  1. Each family will set up one Chek Spend account per household.
  2. Households with multiple children will receive all approved funds on the same Chek Spend account. The Every Kid Sports Pass funds will only be approved for payment for the youth sports organization listed on the approved application.
  3. Any attempt/s to use the Every Kid Sports funds with an establishment other than the youth sports organization listed in your application will result in a decline at the point of sale.
  4. Any attempt to use the Every Kid Sports funds for an establishment other than the youth sports organization listed in your application will result in funds being automatically retracted
  5. Every Kid Sports reserves the right to retract funds and/or decline all future applications if the Every Kid Sports Pass funds are attempted to be used for an establishment other than the specified youth sports organization in your application
  6. Every Kid Sports reserves the right to terminate and retract the approved Every Kid Sports Funds for any fraudulent behavior or activity
  7. If funds are not used within 60 days of your approval date, your approved funds will automatically be returned to Every Kid Sports
  8. The parent/guardian is required to cover at least $10 towards the youth sports registration fees. If you are not approved for the full $150 it is because the youth sports organization's registration fees are less than $160
  9. Every Kid Sports reserves the right to award only what is verified by the youth sports provider as the registration fees, per child, with a sibling, low-income, or other discounts made available to the families.
