Important Upcoming Dates

Below are some important dates on the Spring Calendar for Elgin Classic Little League in 2019. Come back to see updates and added dates as the season moves along. You can also visit the Calendar page on this website.

Saturday, April 6: Field Day - This is the day when we get the fields at Wing Park playable and clean up. The more people that come out to help, the quicker the work gets done. There are always repairs that need to be made, painting, debris pick-up, hanging signs, clean up of sheds and fields to prep after a long winter. Bring your ball player out with you - there's work for everyone. It's a great way to meet your volunteer hours requirement. And we serve lunch!

Saturday, April 6 thru Sunday, April 7: Dick's Sporting Goods Day for ECLL - 20% off the entire store all weekend. Get your kids geared up for the season.

Saturday, April 27: Opening Day - Kickoff of the season with Opening ceremonies and a full slate of games.

Saturday, May 4: Picture Day - Self-explanatory.

Saturday, June 15: ECLL & Kane County Cougars - More details will follow in the coming weeks. In brief, we will be selling a block of tickets for the ECLL family to go to the Cougars game that day complete with a few perks for our kids.

June 17-20: Larkin Softball Camp - see the attached flyer for more information. This is not being run by ECLL but by Anne Vogt, the Larkin HS softball coach.
