Spring 2018 baseball programs open!

Below is a short explanation of each Baseball Division and season timeline employed by Elgin Classic Little League.  Also included is the Little League Age Chart that we follow to determine ages.   The AAA, Major, Intermediate and Junior Divisions require a player evaluation to ensure that player is in the correct division.  Elgin Classic also creates teams based on the skill level of its players - creating competitive balance between teams.

Player evaluations will be held Saturday, March 10th at Elgin Turners Hall (112 Villa St).  Evaluation times are still to be determined.

Teams will be chosen in early to middle March and practices start in late March or early April depending on division and weather.  Our Opening Day Ceremony at Wing Park will be held on a Saturday in late April.

Games for some of the older divisions start late April but most division games start early May.  The season runs through May and June.

If you are NOT sure about which division to place your child, make a best guess.  We will make a final determination after your child is evaluated.

REGISTER SOON  TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE EARLY BIRD DISCOUNT AVAILABLE THROUGH JANUARY 15!  LATE FEES HIT FEBRUARY 26!!

After reviewing the Baseball Divisions below you can log into (or register) your account @ Elgin Classic Registration and register your child.
